Some tests — like fasting blood sugar (FBS) and lipid profile — need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Water is allowed. Search for your test above to see its preparation, or ask our staff.
Most routine tests are released the same day. Special tests and cultures take longer; the expected release time is shown on your receipt.
Yes. Ask for online access at the front desk. You will receive a secure sign-in to the patient portal where you can view and download released results.
Yes. Present your OSCA or PWD ID at registration to get the 20% statutory discount and VAT exemption.
Every released result carries a verification code and QR code. Scan the QR or enter the code in "Verify a result" on this page.
